Өскелең ұрпақтың бойында патриоттық сезім қалыптастыра отырып, білім мен өзін-өзі жетілдіруге деген құштарлық, беріктік, Отан тарихына, Тәуелсіз Қазақстанның бүгіні мен болашығына деген жауапкершілікке тәрбиелеу «Жас Ұлан» ұйымының басты мақсаты болып табылады. Елбасының «Болашаққа бағдар: рухани жаңғыру» мақаласы аясында өткен «Жас Ұлан» балалар мен жасөспірімдер ұйымына мүшелікке  қабылдау салтанатты жиынымызда «Жас Ұлан» ұйымына 38 оқушы, «Жас қыран» ұйымына 40 оқушы қабылданды.
